Common reasons for a knee ultrasound?
Common reasons include trauma, sports injuries, and arthritis. Trauma may result from falls, accidents, or repetitive strain, while arthritis is a chronic condition that causes inflammation, pain, and stiffness in the joints. Ultrasound can also help detect fluid buildup, tears, and cysts, providing a clear overview of the joint’s condition.
Our experienced sonographers ensure a comfortable experience while delivering precise and timely results to support your diagnosis and treatment plan.
A knee ultrasound uses high-resolution sound waves to produce detailed images of the knee joint, tendons, ligaments, and surrounding soft tissues. This dynamic imaging technique allows real-time assessment, making it a valuable tool for identifying injuries, inflammation, and degenerative changes.
